Our time proven development process begins with a creative meeting that can be with one or more staff, in person or even over the phone.

We take every detail into account by planning and involving our customers step‐by‐step (throughout the entire process) to ensure you receive the best product and that you are always up to speed and able to view the development progress at any time via a non public web address - 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. This not only eliminates redundancy, but also enables you to see the direction your project is heading and opens the lines of communication between your organization and ours. By keeping these lines of communication open, both parties end up with premium product – and it enables thorough testing throughout the entire development process.

Step 1: Creative Meeting & Needs Assessment

Before we begin production on your new website, we require a meeting to discuss the look and flow of the site as well as address development issues such as future site maintenance and software recommendations.

Step 2: Proposed Look

Based on the results of our meeting, our team will propose a design with implemented features and branding. At this point you may then make any changes to the design and layout you see fit to achieve the look you have in mind.

Step 3: Convert to Web Format & Input Content

Once the look has been finalized our developers will convert the design and layout to web ready pages and begin inputting and formatting the content of the site. This includes text, images and any other features you may require.

Step 4: Proof and Launch

Once the content is in, it’s time to test the site, proof read the copy and make any last minute modifications before we launch the site to your live web address. But our job doesn’t end there!
